It’s very disappointing how some companies and sales people are so helpful and ultra responsive until you sign the contract or write the check. Then trying to get help or have your calls returned is suddenly a very low priority. We make it a point to give ultra responsive follow-up. The same responsiveness after the sale as before the sale. It’s the little things.
